About
المُكَرَّر في القرآن العظيم
This portal is the result of a personal study and research project on Qur'anic repetitions, carried out over several years through two detailed analytical tables (the First and the Second Model).
The site aims to make this analysis available in a smooth, respectful and accessible way.
The project is presented by Idriss Ben Salah CHAIBI. Its introduction sets out the approach, reference material and purpose of the study; the methodology explains how repetitions and matches are read.
The First Model follows Quranic order. The Second Model organizes occurrences by search results and matches. Each model retains its own data and thirteen volumes.
Applications and documents brings together app links and resources made available by the project. The user guide explains tables, search and tools in the four interface languages.
In Latin letters the project’s name is written Mukarrar; it is also found as Mokarrar and Moukarrar. “المُكَرَّر في القرآن العظيم” covers repetitions in the Quran and similar wording between its verses (المتشابه اللفظي).
The project is also titled “تفاصيل المكرر في القرآن العظيم” (the details of repetition in the Quran): it brings together the repeated verses and repeated words of the Quran, to help those who memorise it avoid confusing similar passages, and to serve researchers.
